About Me
Let's Get Acquainted
This blog came out of my experiences as a researcher and math teacher. You see, I've been teaching for 29 years, and I have taught from Pre-Algebra to Precalculus. I have seen students be successful, as well as, struggle with mathematics, and it boiled down to the elements of mathematics literacy. I want to share my findings and experiences, as well as, hear from you as you lead students to a postive experience in mathematics education.
As a visitor here, you are part of a fantastic community. You are my math community family. We are working together, in our own spaces to create wonderful experiences for students, no matter what background or circumstances students encounter, and you play a big part of it.
